WineSAVER keeps wine fresh after opening a bottle, WineSAVER vacuum seals each bottle and replaces the air inside with Nitrogen or Argon gas. Nitrogen and Argon are inert gases commonly used for preservation. Nitrogen and Argon gas will keep the open wine bottle fresh for over two weeks as if you had just opened the bottle.
WineSAVER maintains a stable temperature inside the unit so the wine is stored at an optimal temperature. White wines are commonly stored in the range of 40°F - 50°F while red wines are stored at 55°F - 65°F. By combining a stable environment with Nitrogen preservation, a wine's delicate flavors will no longer last for just two or three days, but can be extended for over two weeks.
A very precise wine pour can be measured by WineSAVER. Portions can be set for different glass sizes. You will be able to offer the same amount of wine poured for each glass reducing over pouring and under pouring.
